I’m Pia, a Chilean-Italian Production Coordinator based in Milan.

For over ten years, I have worked behind the scenes of advertising, video content and international production services, helping turn creative ideas into organised, workable productions.

My experience has taught me how to bring together people, timing and details, coordinating suppliers, crews, locations and logistics throughout pre-production and shooting. I’m comfortable managing the practical demands of a project, anticipating operational needs and finding solutions when plans change.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated on Chilean and international productions across lifestyle, fashion, food & beverage, automotive and finance.

What I enjoy most about production is the work people rarely see is creating the conditions that allow everyone else to do their best work.
